These terms govern your use of this website. Purchases of research and any engagement with our analysts are governed separately by the agreement covering that work.
Acceptance of these terms
This website is operated by MedInsight Research ("MedInsight", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms take effect when they are published on this page, and the date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Permitted use
You may browse the website, read the research summaries, articles and other material published on it, and share links to its pages, for your own information or for internal evaluation within your organisation. Indexing by search engines and AI assistants in line with our robots.txt file is permitted.
Without our prior written permission, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell or redistribute material from the website, other than brief quotations with clear attribution to MedInsight Research
- Extract content or data from the website in bulk to build a database, dataset or product that competes with our research
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems, or interfere with its operation, including by flooding the enquiry or subscription forms
- Submit information through our forms that is false or misleading, or that belongs to another person without their authority
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000
Research licensing
Market research reports are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a report grants the licence described in the order, such as a single-user licence, and does not transfer ownership of the report or of any intellectual property in it.
Online payment is not yet available on this website. Purchases are completed with our research team, and each one is governed by the licence terms and agreement provided with it. Where those terms differ from these terms of use, the licence terms apply to the report.
Report summaries, previews and other extracts shown on this website are provided to help you evaluate a report, and are covered by the permitted-use rules above.
Intellectual property
The website and its content — including text, research summaries, data, charts, graphics, report covers, logos and the MedInsight name and branding — are owned by or licensed to MedInsight Research, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms or in a report licence, all rights are reserved. Third-party names and trademarks shown on the website remain the property of their owners.
Availability and changes
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may suspend, change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Research summaries, figures, prices and other content may be updated, corrected or removed at any time. Nothing shown on the website is an offer capable of acceptance; an order is binding only once our research team has confirmed it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedInsight Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Liability in connection with a purchased report is governed by the licence terms for that report.

Privacy
Personal data you submit through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookie the website stores on your device.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the website, are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
